The European April styrene barge contract price has initially settled at Eur1,325/mt, a seller 

involved in the process told S&P Global Platts on Tuesday. 

This marked a Eur125/mt fall for the European styrene market from March. 

The Eur125/mt monthly decrease was in line with bearish expectations for the contract price as 

production turnarounds in the European market were expected to come to an end during April. 

The 5-30 day forward spot price was last assessed at $1,445.50/mt FOB ARA Thursday.
